When lodging your application you will need to provide some essential details and upload the necessary documents listed below:

- LA Club Coaching Certificate (Coaches only)

- Play by the Rules Certificates in: (https://elearning.sportintegrity.gov.au/login/index.php):
- Harassment and Discrimination
- Child Protection and Safeguarding
- Sport Integrity Australia eLearning
- Anti-Doping Fundamentals
- Anti-Doping for Coaches (Coaches only)
- Annual Update (to be completed in the year of the Championship/Tournament)
- Illicit Drugs in Sport
- Decision Making in Sport (NA for U15 Teams)
- Introduction to Match Fixing (NA for U15 Teams)
The selected Head Coach will then have the opportunity to work with relevant Lacrosse SA stakeholders to appoint further team personnel to required positions – it is recommended that the applicant ensure any preferred team personnel also apply at the same time and identify those applicants within the application process. Lacrosse SA may also choose to recruit candidates by other means if it feels it is in the best interest of the team, sport or Lacrosse SA.

2023 LA Men's Indoor National Championship:
Thursday, 9 February 2023 – Sunday, 12 February 2023, Victoria.
2023 LA Under 18 Boys and Girls National Championship:
Tuesday, 18 April 2023 - Saturday, 22 April 2023, Western Australia
2023 LA Senior Men's and Women's National Championship:
Wednesday, 7 June 2023 - Sunday, 11 June 2023, South Australia
