Welcome to the 2017 AFS International Tournament Shepparton Online Team Registration Form.
This event will mark our 10 year anniversary and will take place from 27-29 October 2017.
There are three options available to register your team:
Option 1 - "My team is registered in this league/association, and I know my team code and password"
Please select this option if you registered your team online for the 2016 event and have kept your teamcode and password.
Option 2 - "I would like to request my team code and password"
Please select this option if you registered your team online for the 2016 event but cannot find your teamcode and password. To recover your login details, you will be required to type the exact team name you registered with, the person's name who registered the team and their email address.
Option 3 - "New Team Registration"
If you did not register your team online for the 2016 event please select this option to start a new team registration.

You will receive an acknowledgement email immediately after completing the form. Please ensure that all the details have been successfully submitted.
Your team's registration will be locked in once full payment is received.
