Touch Football ACT 2017/18 Summer Domestic Competitions

The competition will involve a 14 week season with a finals series following for the top four teams in each division. The Summer Domestic Competition will start the week of Tuesday, 3 October 2017 and round games will finish in the week of Monday, 29 January 2018. Semi-finals will start the week of Monday, 12 February 2018 and Grand Finals will start the week of Monday, 19 February 2018.

The competition will have two (2) washout rounds created throughout the season. The 1st washout round will be the week starting 11 December 2016, which is when the round for Labour Day and Melbourne Cup will be made up. The 2nd washout round will be the week starting 5 February 2018, which is for Australia Day and reserved in case of any washed out rounds. The competition will break over the Christmas period from Friday 15 December 2017 to Sunday, 7 January 2017.

Touch Football ACT has a number of different domestic competition options for this Summer in the following locations:

Monday

Southwell Park:

Mixed 6pm
Mixed Rotating
Mens Rotating
Womens Rotating (New!)

Competitions that are rotating will be played either at 6:50pm, 7:40pm or 8:30pm. TFACT suggests that players do not play in teams across multiple rotating division to avoid fixture clashes between competitions.



Deakin:

Mixed 6pm
Mixed Rotating
Mens Rotating
