Season Dates

The Summer 2019 / 2020 season runs parallel with Terms 4 & 1 of the school year. It will commence on the 14th of October 2019 and will end on the 9th of April 2020 (finals inclusive).


Registration Costs (Note that your team is not entered and accepted until the registration payment has been made at the end of this form, unless you are to be invoiced/prepay season fees upfront)

$41.50 (+3.9% processing fee)


Match Fees

$41.50 per team per week, paid weekly at your match


Forfeit Fines

Un-notified Walkovers - $83 (Less than 24 hours’ notice before match)
Notified Walkover - $67 (More than 24 hours’ notice before match)
At least 2 weeks’ notice must be given if teams are unavailable due to school functions, or forfeit fines will apply


Withdrawals

A team may withdraw from a competition at any point before the end of the season. A fee is applied depending on the amount of notice provided to staff. Please see the participation guide for more information.

    Registrations are due in by Wednesday 25th September 2019.


    ** Please note any team that enters a competition late may miss out on a round of the competition. **


    All Match Times are as follows:
    Monday - Thursday: 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Wednesday & Thursday at Unley runs until 6:45pm)
