To develop an edge, it is imperative the extra work you do is of an excellent quality. The N.E.A.T. Program will identify aspects to your game that requires improvement and put a plan in place to assist your development.
This program is designed for athletes in a U12 - U16's representative team.
Venue – Diamond Valley Fitness & Leisure Center
Wednesday Mornings at 6.30am – 7.30am
Program Includes:
10 sessions of skill development – Footwork, Ball skills, Shooting & Game play
Individual feedback throughout and at the completion of the 10 sessions
Cost - $150.00 for the Term
The Program will start Wednesday 10th October 2018 and finish Wednesday 12th December 2018.
