This registration form is to attend the
‘Life. Be in it’ Learn To Play - Soccer (Futsal) Program in Term 4 2019
These clinics are designed as an entry point for participants to learn how to play a chosen sport. After the five week program, children will be invited to join the Goal Stars program with their friends.
When: Sunday's in Term 4 (The time of sessions may vary)
First Session - 9:30am, Sunday 20th October
Further session times will be advised at the first session. All sessions are 40 minutes.

A parent/guardian is expected to stay for the duration of each session Your child will love to have you cheering them on as they play!
