This registration form is for players registering to a Basketball team playing at MARS in the Winter 2021 Season.
Please be aware that all players are covered by the Centre's Public Liability Insurance but players take the court at their own risk.

- PLAYERS CANNOT PLAY FOR TWO TEAMS IN THE SAME GRADE ON THE SAME NIGHT.
- NO POCKETS IN SHORTS OR LEGGINGS.
- NO JEWELLERY - Specifically all Earrings MUST be removed.
